Scottish Interfaith Week: November 12th –November 19th
“My wish is that the dialogue between us should help to build bridges connecting all people in such a way that everyone can see in the other not an enemy, not a rival, but a brother or sister to be welcomed and embraced” (Pope Francis). The above statement of the Pontiff underscores the importance of good interfaith relations with our brothers and sisters of other faith. During this time may we pray for the unity of Christians as Jesus himself prayed, “…that they be one as we are one” (Jn 17: 11,22,23).
