Last weekend’s income was: Offertory Collection£364.00; 2nd Collection£281.00 (St Nicholas Fund). Many thanks to all parishioners for your continuous financial help to the parish and to the Archdiocese. Most appreciated.
Church Cleaning
To all the ladies and gentlemen who helped to clean the church last Monday 16th, I say very big thanks. Well done.
Quarterly Collection
Christmas Quarterly collection (given towards the upkeep and education of those preparing for priesthood in Scotland) is now due. Envelops in the porch.
ACTiV (Action of Churches Together in the Vale)
Many thanks to all parishioners who helped to make the Ecumenical Carol Service hosted by our parish a very huge success. Special thanks to the ladies who provided tea, coffee, cake and biscuits in the hall.
Christmas Carol
The Head Teacher, Staff and Pupils of St Martin’s Primary School would like to thank all parishioners and parents who attended their Christmas Cantata Service last Tuesday. Wishing all you Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

Merry Christmas
Fr Anthony would like to wish all our parishioners and your loved ones all the joys and blessings of this holy season of Christmas. Many thanks for your invaluable support, friendship, care and generosity throughout the year. Please be assured of my remembrance of your intentions during Christmas Masses. Wishing you all Happy New Year when it comes.
The Conference would like to thank all parishioners for their generosity throughout the year. Box collections average between £70 & £80 every week. This year we have made donations to the Local Foodbank. Also gave assistance to families in need. Also Easter eggs and Selection Boxes were distributed to St Martin’s school and Church. We hope and your families have a Happy and Holy Christmas.
Special Invitation
Fr Anthony would like to extend a special invitation to: members of the Parish Pastoral Council, Fabric and Finance Council; Altar Servers and their parents; the Choir; the Pass keepers, the Sacristans, the Cleaners, the Readers, Eucharistic Ministersmembers of the Youth Group, and all their families and friends for a ‘wee’ cup of tea after the Christmas Vigil Mass on 24th December 2019.  Please don’t miss it.
