Divine Mercy Sunday
This Sunday, 28th April, is Divine Mercy Sunday. This year Bishop John Keenan has initiated a Rosary Movement of Reparation for God's Mercy on the British Isles. This follows from the Rosary on the Coast initiative last year. Our parish has once again enrolled to support this event. We will start at 2.30pm with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and the Rosary before the Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 3pm. There will be a Holy Hour, confessions, veneration of the Divine Mercy image and benediction. The church will remain open for private prayer with the image and conclude with a youth Mass at 5pm to which everyone is welcome.
